Cleaning Supervisor – 8/6 Roster | 11-Hour Days | Driver’s License Required
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our site-based cleaning operations on an 8/6 roster, working 11-hour shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote environments, demonstrates strong leadership, and holds a valid driver’s license to support site mobility.
The Position:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across site facilities
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and manage cleaning schedules
- Support and train cleaning staff to maintain high performance
- Liaise with site management to address operational needs
The Person:
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision or similar role
- Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport
- Ability to work long shifts in remote conditions
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
