The Position:

• Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning staff
• Operating specialised cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers
• Coordinating daily cleaning tasks across school facilities and amenities
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting maintenance or supply needs
• Ensuring all cleaning activities comply with company procedures and WHS requirements
• Providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members

The Person:

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or senior cleaning role
• Strong background in commercial, education, or hotel cleaning
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Confident working independently and making decisions when required
• Experience operating cleaning equipment and a strong understanding of WHS
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s licence is an advantage
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (legislative requirement)
