The Position

• Welcoming our guests to the lounge with engagement and warmth
• Assisting in the front desk daily operations
• Conducting guest and carrier enquiries via phone, email, or in person and making reservations and recommendations
• Servicing guest arrivals and departures
• Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service
• Consistently offering exceptional guest service

The Person

• Proven experience in similar positions within a Hosting or Front Office environment
• Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Efficiency in learning and understanding aviation flight schedules, codes and software platforms, excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
• Impeccable time management skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
• The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
