THE POSITION
- Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives
- Manage contract reporting, governance and performance metrics
- Prepare contract price escalations, variations and tender commercial reviews
- Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records
- Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting
- Conduct site and contract audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed
- Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive consistency across operational documentation, processes and standards
- Support operational teams to deliver contractual commitments
- Attend stakeholder and client meetings as required
- Champion a positive safety and compliance culture across the business
THE PERSON
- Strong commercial and contract management experience within services environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Experience driving governance, compliance and operational improvements
- Strong analytical capability with a solutions-focused mindset
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional excellence
- Leadership capability with a collaborative and coaching approach
Highly regarded:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or related discipline
- Experience in PPP contract environments
- Previous experience within healthcare or hospital operations
