THE POSITION

As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you'll work closely with operational leaders and clients to solve operational challenges and drive growth. This is not a traditional reporting role — you'll combine data analysis, commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver insights that drive action.

• Translate complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Partner with operational teams to solve customer, revenue and performance challenges
• Manage dashboards, data models and analyses that drive decision making
• Present insights and influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
• Support experimentation, testing and innovation across venue operations

THE PERSON

We're looking for an outcome focused problem solver who enjoys working with people just as much as data.

• Experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, research or commercial roles
• Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience using data to solve business problems and influence outcomes
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI
• Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• Hospitality, retail, customer experience or venue operations experience will be highly regarded
