We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and compassionate Cook  to join our Medirest team based in Camperdown, NSW.  The successful candidate will truly believe that going the extra mile isn't the exception, it's the expectation.

THE POSITION

• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
• Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

• Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days a week with shift times of 6am-2pm 
• Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
• Ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
