Position Overview: Lead buffet and banquet set-ups, coordinate with event teams, and ensure safe delivery of food from our Central Production Unit (CPU) to event sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee buffet and banquet set-ups and food presentation.
Coordinate delivery from CPU to events.
Ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
Maintain strict food safety standards from preparation to delivery
Requirements:
Experience in corporate catering.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
