The primary purpose of this position is to work with our internal Diversity & Inclusion unit staff, external stakeholders, internal (people) HR, recruitment, senior management and operational teams, in NSW and VIC, to develop and roll-out innovative and impactful D&I plans, projects, and initiatives that align with our KPIs.

The Role

• Partner with various stakeholders to design, coordinate, roll out and measure D&I initiatives with specific focus on the Urban business.
• Drive the adoption of corporate-wide programs for both VIC and NSW.
• Measure and communicate results against committed D&I actions, ensuring meaningful and measurable progress towards D&I and business goals.
• This role includes coordinating the recruitment of suitable socially disadvantaged employees with the involvement of local community, site management and Clients.
• Implementation of specific Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and projects as required across Compass Group shared services and business sectors.
• This role includes responsibility for ‘on the ground’ implementation of business development initiatives, training and employment designed to engage and benefit socially disadvantaged peoples and communities.
• Source resources and funding to develop and implement collaborative D&I initiatives, projects and activities.
• Travel required between Melbourne and Sydney
