Our Delta team at the Queensland Children's Hospital are currently looking for Electricians to join their team on an 18 month contract, with retention bonus upon completion, and potential to extend. 

The Position:

• Reports directly to the Electrical Supervisor
• Maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical and various other systems within a complex environment.
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades - meeting response & rectification times and deadlines
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Lighting control systems maintenance including DALI

The Person:

• Holds a QLD Electrical Trade Qualification including a current Low voltage rescue and CPR
• A solid understanding of LV, generator control system, UPS systems, BMS and energy management.
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Proven track record and experience in maintenance
• HV Qualifications and knowledge of QFM is advantageous but not essential

A current National police Check (or ability to obtain) and QLD Drivers licence are requirements of this role
