The POSITION: 

  • Providing exceptional customer service and casual conversation to all employees on site. 

  • At this level you will have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees. 

  • Speed, efficiency and quality are vital along with the ability to set, adjust & correct machine and grinder settings. 

  • Prepare premium beverages with an emphasis on quality and precision. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in busy, upscale settings. 

  • Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere, offering a personal touch to every customer whilst maintaining efficiency. 

  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine 

The PERSON: 

  • 2+ Years previous experience in fine dining or premium coffee service is essential. 

  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for coffee culture. 

  • Exceptional grooming, presentation, and attention to detail. 

  • Available on weekdays. 

  • Tech-savvy & able to use various coffee machines. 

  • You have great communication skills and professional personal presentation. 

  • You hold a Barista certificate and Latte art is your forte.
