Corporate Premium F&B Supervisor

  • $33 /hour + 25% Loading
  • Monday – Friday shifts
  • Prestigious Venues

 

The Position:

  • Provide discrete service for VIP and corporate clients at our most premium venues.
  • Set up and replenish food and beverage stations with precision and elegance.
  • Produce consistent high-quality Barista coffee
  • Ensure flawless service in high-pressure, high-expectation settings.
  • Maintain an immaculate presentation of food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with all team members including chefs to assess requirements for the day and ensure seamless service
  • Lead a full shift
  • Build rapport with our sites

 

The Person:

  • 3+ Years prior experience in high-end corporate dining, premium event settings or 5-star hotels.
  • Impeccable grooming, with an eye for detail and elegance.
  • Strong communication skills, able to cater to executive-level guests.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service, with elegance & under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
  • A barista certificate and years of experience, must be able to do latte art.
  • Intermediate wine knowledge.
  • Capable of independently running events & leading a team
  • Capable of independently opening/closing (after induction to site)
  • Advanced allergen training
  • Formal dining experience
  • Must have a current NSW RSA
  • Must be willing to get a National Police Check
