• $29.00 per hour + 11% Super

• Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend and public holiday. 

• Working alongside of the Function Manager with function planning and management in a hands-on capacity 
• Conduct site inspections, client meetings and liaison, create detailed event orders, invoicing and floorplans & written correspondence to the highest standard
• Establish a strong and attentive relationship with clients to ensure the event is executed as planned
• Work co-operatively with operations and kitchen teams to coordinate every aspect of our events to ensure seamless delivery
• Implementing and observing relevant safety and hygiene practices. 
• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients

The Person

• Experience in event coordination and execution within function venues or similar environments
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and must be a team player
• Experience in front of house service and room set ups
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate teams of staff, vendors, and volunteers involved in event planning and execution.
• Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety
• Must have a drivers license and able to hold a working with children check
