ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We’re currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector in Wellington, NSW. As a result, we are currently looking for expressions of interest for the following roles:

The Positions

• Chef/ Manager – Full Time, working a roster of 15 days on, 13 days off ($124,500 including super)
• Trade qualified chef – Perm Part Time, working 4 days on, 3 days off (Hourly rate $29.33)
• Room cleaners – Perm Part Time, working 4 days on, 3 days off (Hourly rate $25.91)
• Casual Room Cleaners also wanted
• No accommodation provided - must live locally to Wellington, NSW
• Residential positions only, residents of Wellington, Dunedoo encouraged to apply

The Person

• Experience in Village Management or Assistant Management positions
• Chefs must have minimum Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
• Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience
• Must have current drivers licence and reliable transport as these are residential roles
• Ability to work on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug / alcohol screen
