ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This casual role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for flexible work opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room, bar and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Keep work areas clean and organised

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Current RSA desirable or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with flexible casual availability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check (paid for by the company)
