The Positions

• Work as key members in our housekeeping team.  Housekeeping is not just about changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and restocking toiletries. It’s about creating an environment that allows our residents and guests to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise.
• Or working in our Commercial Kitchens, assisting and supporting our Chefs with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness standards to all food production areas, including Bar.
• Physically active roles, requiring you to work 10 – 12 hour days
• Modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect.

 The Person

• Previous housekeeping / cleaning, or Hospitality experience is preferred. 
• Drivers Licence is essential.
• Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work within a team or autonomously when required, and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit.
