Salary: $95,967 + Superannuation + Allowances

The Role

As a FIFO Chef, you’ll be at the centre of daily life on site — preparing and serving meals that fuel teams working in remote environments. This is a hands‑on role where your culinary skills, organisation, and adaptability will ensure high‑quality dining experiences for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen workspace in line with food safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver smooth service during busy periods
• Adapt to different kitchens and environments while consistently delivering excellent meals

About You

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
• Experience in fast‑paced kitchens, ideally remote site catering
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
• Resilient and flexible to thrive in a FIFO roster environment
