• Salary: $95,950 + $5,000 bonus + 12% superannuation

About the Role: 

You’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, buffet‑style meals that keep our village communities fuelled and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing bulk catering for Breakfast, Dinner, Crib, Desserts & Pastries
• Working collaboratively with Chefs, Kitchen Utilities, and Dining Room teams
• Upholding strict Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Ensuring catering controls are followed and minimising food wastage
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control in line with Compass Group requirements

Role Requirements: 

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
• Experience in bulk catering or high‑volume kitchen environments
• FIFO experience is desirable but not essential 
• Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
• Understanding of hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines
• Ability to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical
• National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
