Grounds - Utility 

• Salary $85,000 - $90,000 plus super 
• Multiple Roles available 
• FIFO from Perth on either 9/5 or 14/7 roster 

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

The Position 

We are on the lookout for hardworking, reliable individuals to join the ESS team as Groundskeepers to ensure our villages are kept to a high standard. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, take pride in maintaining high standards, and thrive in a team focused environment, this could be the role for you.

• Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general landscaping
• Garden maintenance and weed/pest control
• Operate equipment and machinery (e.g. lawn mower, whipper snipper, edger)
• Operate ride on vehicles
• Carry our general cleaning and maintenance including rubbish collection

The Person

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Enjoys working outdoors and is used to physically demanding work
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Current Forklift Licence 
• Ability to work within in a team and autonomously
• High levels of attention to detail and a pro-active approach
• Excellent time management skills
• Physically fit and reliable
