We’re seeking energetic, passionate, and experienced Health & Wellbeing Coordinators ready to elevate their careers in a unique and rewarding environment. Working 7 days on, 7 days off with 12 hour shifts, you’ll play a key role in fostering a thriving, healthy community in a remote setting.

The Position
• Plan and deliver engaging social events on site
• Assist with event management and coordination for site‑wide activities
• Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents
• Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives
• Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site
• Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents
• Provide educational seminars as required
• Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed

The Person
• A Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport or related degree

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment
• Current senior first aid and CPR certificate
• Must have drivers licence and reliable transport 
• Passion for physical and mental health and fitness
• Previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities
• High level focus on engagement with Clients and village residents
• Health promotion background
• Event management experience is highly desirable
