FIFO Hospitality All-rounder
We’re looking for friendly and reliable Hospitality All-Rounders to join the team at Compass Group.
- Travel from Perth: Enjoy a family friendly work schedule with 4 days on 3 days off (11hours) roster, including all flights from Perth covered

THE POSITION:
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
- Australia driver licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate are required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
- Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia
THE PERSON:
- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment
- Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments
- Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience
- Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded
- Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
