We are seeking HVAC/Refrigerated technicians to join our WA DeltaFM team conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport. Applicants looking to start as soon as possible encouraged to apply
THE POSITION
Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
Report to Delta FM Operational Support
THE PERSON
Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
