Delta Facilities Management are seeking Licenced Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC's for Full Time Permanent works on 14&7, Days Only rosters. You’ll be joining established maintenance teams across either our Telfer & Port Haven sites. Both sites have direct flights from Perth Airport only, with various start dates are available. Locals encouraged to apply.

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a remote environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min. Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
• Current CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain), Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
