This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and wants their work to genuinely influence strategic and commercial outcomes.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping financial decision‑making through robust modelling, forecasting and reporting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, partnering with teams to support performance, manage risk and help the organisation achieve its goals. If you’re motivated by impact, collaboration and continuous improvement, this is a role where you can truly thrive.
THE ROLE
You’ll develop and manage high‑quality financial models, forecasts and budgets that support strategic decision‑making. By closely monitoring performance against targets, you’ll analyse variances, identify key drivers and help translate numbers into meaningful stories for the business.

Your ability to communicate trends, risks and opportunities in a confident and accessible way will be central to supporting informed decisions across the organisation.
- CRM Management: You’ll oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you’ll help unlock actionable insights that support customer engagement, retention and growth strategies.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partnership is at the heart of this role. You’ll work alongside teams across the business, providing financial insight and commercial advice that supports planning, operational efficiency and performance improvement.
- Budgeting & Forecasting Support: You’ll contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, reviewing assumptions, validating inputs and ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives.
- Overhead Accounting & Cost Control: You’ll maintain accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial discipline.
- Process Improvement: You’ll be encouraged to challenge the status quo, driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting—particularly through automation and smarter ways of working.
- Compliance & Financial Controls: You’ll help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, supporting strong financial controls and the integrity of financial data.
ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with professional qualifications or postgraduate studies highly regarded
