$30.61 Per hour plus superannuation

THE POSITION

• Providing a high level of hospitality experience in the corporate sector
• Lead, motivate, and support FOH team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance culture
• Train new and existing staff on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service

• Previous experience in team lead is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills are necessary in order to liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on daily basis to maintain uninterrupted operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol required
• Understanding of Allergen management systems and requirements
• Computer skills, usage of Google tools is a plus
