ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at RAAF Base Williamtown. Opportunities are available across both Part-Time and Casual rosters, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work arrangements in a supportive and professional hospitality environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Keep work areas clean and organised
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with flexible availability
• Ability to work in a structured environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
