We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney! We pride ourselves of being at the forefront of premium catering, functions and events. THE POSITION

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, follow routine instructions, and complete simple administrative tasks as required
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service, respond to requests promptly, and manage or escalate complaints appropriately.
• Provide food and beverage service, including table service, drink preparation, and basic food handling in line with safety standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented dining and service areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team while upholding personal presentation and workplace standards.
• Work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

THE PERSON

• Experience in high-end food and beverage or hospitality service
• Strong communication with clients, delegates, and colleagues
• Ability to deliver professional customer service and manage complaints appropriately
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Skilled in table service and beverage preparation
• Professional presentation and teamwork
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Successful candidate will be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and outside normal hours.
