THE ROLE 

  • Take charge of the daily rhythm of our pantry and micro-kitchen spaces, keeping them spotless, well-organised, and running seamlessly
  • Keep a close eye on stock levels, maintain accurate inventory and delivery logs, and proactively flag items for fast, efficient replenishment
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding them to meeting rooms or boardrooms with confidence
  • Build strong, positive connections with clients and employees through attentive, friendly, customer-focused service
  • Serve as the onsite pantry expert—managing requests, addressing feedback promptly, and maintaining consistent organisation across all micro-kitchen areas

THE PERSON 

  • Background in a similar role or hospitality environment, bringing practical know-how and confidence to the position
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards paired with excellent administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a reliable, proactive work ethic
  • A warm, energetic attitude with a flexible mindset and professional, polished presentation
  • Ability to take initiative and thrive independently with minimal supervision
