ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in Toowoomba. This role offers variety across two Defence sites and is ideal for candidates looking for flexible part-time work in hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Work across multiple sites to support service delivery

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable with a team-focused approach
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
