Food and Beverage Supervisor 

• Full-time role
• Monday - Fridays - no weekend work
• Close to public transport.

THE POSITION

• Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations
• Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service 
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
• Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
• End of day settlements

THE PERSON:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the café.
• Food handling and barista skills essential.
• Previous experience in a high volume cafe environment.
• Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff.
• Food safety supervisor training
