We are currently searching for a polished, well-spoken and immaculately presented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. In a highly sought-after role, you’ll be based in a prestigious private law firm, therefore your commitment to providing first class service is paramount. You’ll also present with outstanding communication skills and customer service knowledge and will understand the delicate nature of working in a premium environment.

THE POSITION

• Oversee your team and lead from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
• Be proficient in make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
• Deliver and be responsible for food and beverage services in a boardroom and Cafe environments
• Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings and oversee Boardroom and Café operations
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility 

THE PERSON

• Proven food and beverage experience in a premium environment – corporate waiter, first class lounge or high-end hotel / café/restaurant background desired
• Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing, café or event environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
