THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor functions and events
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Mentor and support your team, and provide training for new staff as required
• Maintain focus on Food and People safety
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, as required by event schedules
• Hands on position with a focus on function coordination

THE PERSON

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in function coordination or a similar role
• Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
• Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills & proficient computer and administrative skills
• Must have RSA, RMLV is an advantage
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Must be available to work a range of morning, evening, and weekend shifts in accordance with function bookings
