The Position
Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across 3 x retail outlets and functions and events activity across the campus
Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
Lead, develop and inspire a team of culinary talents
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage
The Person
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record
Current Blue card or ability to obtain
Experienced with high volume retail and functions & events catering
Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
Available to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for events during the year
