The Position

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across retail, functions and events activity across the campus
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of culinary talents
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage

The Person

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record 
• Current Blue card  or ability to obtain
• Experienced with high volume retail and functions & events catering
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control 
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for events during the year
