THE POSITION
• Oversee a multifaceted catering operation, delivering everything from refined daily meals to large-scale, high-end functions and special events.
• Leading a talented culinary team with professionalism and vision.
• Crafting and executing elegant, seasonal menus for both daily service and large-scale events.
• Upholding the highest standards of food safety, allergen management, and occupational health.
• Overseeing procurement, cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations with a focus on sustainability and minimal waste.
• Hands-on leadership, mentoring, and team development across multiple service outlets.

THE PERSON
• A polished culinary professional with a strong presence, exceptional communication skills, and a background in both high-end function catering and daily food service.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale or multi-outlet venues.
• Proven experience in event catering, banquet service, and premium functions.
• A proactive, mature, and composed approach to kitchen leadership
• A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Commitment to food safety, allergen protocols, and staff development
