THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across functions and in house menu-based catering 
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Lead, develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage
• Hand on position
• Previous experience in multiple outlet venues

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record 
• Current Police Check, or ability to obtain
• Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
