The Position

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across multiple sites with the campus 
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of culinary talents
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage

The Person

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Experience in producing meals in bulk 
• Experience in delivering functions for 350 MAX
• Oversea multiple sites within the campuss
• Current Blue card or ability to obtain
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
