ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Due to anticipated growth in our Secure Energy Joint Venture Project, a new site will be opening in November. This site will be in Booroorban NSW, roughly 40km from Hay NSW

We have exciting opportunities in the following areas:

The Position

• Chefs - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $90,000
• Kitchenhands - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $74,454
• Housekeepers - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $74,454
• Bar/ Allrounder – 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $74,454
• Site Administrators - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $80,925

The Person

• Team players with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
• Chefs to have bulk cooking experience + Cert 3 Commercial Cookery as a minimum.
• Admins to have Cert 3 Business or equivalent
• Ability to work long shifts (10-hour days) in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service/preparation & kitchen hand work, or;
• Experience in Bar/retail, housekeeping or cleaning.
• Drive in, drive out opportunities for locals from Hay, Wagga, Albury & surrounds.
• Fly in, fly out opportunities from Sydney for Chefs only.
• White Card highly desired
• All applicants must be able to provide Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
