THE POSITION:

Lead and support your direct reports, which are a Head Chef and a Resident Liaison Manager.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.

THE PERSON:

Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, especially in Healthcaresector would be desirable
Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and upholding compliance (eg. HACCP).
Strong financial skills including managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills, including coordinating regular client meetings and delivering presentations
