The Position:
Oversee staff and daily operations in a fast-paced environment
Manage cost control and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Champion a proactive Safety Culture with innovative initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with Food Safety standards and practices.

Strong interpersonal and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs.
