We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager for Blamey Barracks (Wagga).  The Position:

·  FIFO option available for the right candidate - 10:4 roster

·  Lead and manage site operations and staff to ensure smooth daily service

·  Oversee cost control and deliver accurate financial reporting

·  Champion a strong safety culture by initiating and implementing safety-focused projects

·  Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

·  Collaborate with above-unit management and support teams

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

·  Plan and manage on-site functions and events

The Person:

·  10+ years’ experience managing site operations within a hospitality environment

·  Strong interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution experience

·  Solid background in financial management and reporting

·  Demonstrated ability to foster a safe and healthy work environment

·  Skilled in motivating teams to achieve success and meet key KPIs

·  Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance standards

·  Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems

·  Passionate about delivering high-quality service with a can-do attitude
