ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered work wear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

We are looking for Team Leaders and Supervisors who are responsible for supervising and/or training a team of utility attendants, kitchen, dining room, laundry and housekeepers. For this exciting role you must have a good level of experience and physically fit for this position, as you are often on your feet for the majority of your shift.

What you need to apply:

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, mining, or retail fields
• Full working rights 
• Ready and able to work 14 days on 7 days off, 11-hour day
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Valid National Police clearance
• White card
• Supervisors: Approved Managers
• Successful completion of a full Medical and Drug and Alcohol

Successful applicants will work at our remote sites around the Goldfield regions of Western Australia.
