ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION

• • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness across site facilities
• • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks
• • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• • Provide training and support to team members
• • Liaise with site management to meet operational requirements

THE PERSON

• • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality leadership
• • Strong organisational and communication skills
• • Ability to work in a remote environment and lead a team effectively
• • Must have own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• • Hold current Australian work rights and pass pre-employment checks
