Refrigeration Technician / HVAC

$52.99 Per Hour + Penalties + Super + Retention Bonus

Worksite: Queensland Children's Hospital
Brisbane - suburb of Woolloongabba
Full-time, fixed term

THE POSITION

Building Maintenance System (BMS) monitoring and reporting
Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades

THE PERSON

Full Refrigerant Handling Licence, QBCC Occupational Mechanical Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence
Be able to provide an up to date police check (no older than 3 months) on your commencement date
Proven track record in maintenance, with experience in aged and or health care settings, advantageous
A solid understanding of HVAC systems and BMS systems
Hospital maintenance experience highly desirable
