THE POSITION

• Oversea a key catering contract across two sites.
• Lead a high performing and dynamic team across retail, residential dining, functions and off-site catering for camps and sport.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service.
• Be across the commercial aspects of this contract and drive success to meet KPI’s for client and Compass Group Australia.
• Build and leverage effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Develop every team member by listening, coaching, supporting and encouraging them to optimize performance.
• People-centric role.

THE PERSON

• Up to 5 years as a hospitality manager across multi-site venues or a similar role in hotels or restaurants or large-scale catering.
• Busy role must be passionate and an experienced operator.
• Experience across catering, retail and functions.
• Experience in HACCP, food and environmental safety.
• Ability to talk to allergen management.
• Flexible and agile approach.
• People centric management approach - will be working with a team of around 50.
• Must have a licence.
• Good communication and people management skills are essential.
• Proactive leader who is professional, positive, and supportive.
• High level experience in customer satisfaction.
• Looking for growth and ready to drive this, potential for career advancement.
