The Person

• Experience in food and beverage management  
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
• Experience in workplace health and safety issues
• Strong communication with client, staff and customers
• Holds a current  WWC card or ability to obtain one
• Good computer/Microsoft office skills 
• Has a current RSA 

The Position

• Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
• Plan and organise events
• Manage labour and food costs
• Lead and manage staff members
• Maintain client and customer satisfaction
• Perform administrative duties
• Be a senior leader in our group of schools
