The Position:
Kitchenhand, casual position, part of a Compass Group catering team at a Bankstown Aged Care Facility
Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables and salads.
Manage stock control, quality checks, and temperature monitoring.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen, food prep, storage, and service areas, with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety.
The Person:
Hospitality experience is a plus.
Knife handling, food safety, and preparation skills are advantageous.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Positive, can-do attitude, ready to take on any task as needed
