We pride ourselves on the seamless delivery of five-star catering, cleaning and concierge services aligned to our partner brands. The delivery of our services allows us to partner with clients and reducing the impact of the lounge operations on the planet.
The Position
Welcoming our guests to the lounge with engagement and warmth
Assisting in the front desk daily operations
Conducting guest and carrier enquiries via phone, email, or in person and making reservations and recommendations
Servicing guest arrivals and departures
Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service
Consistently offering exceptional guest service
The Person
Proven experience in similar positions within a Hosting or Front Office environment
Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Efficiency in learning and understanding aviation flight schedules, codes and software platforms, excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
Impeccable time management skills
Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management
The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
