As the Network Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Melbourne portfolio. You’ll manage a team, build strong relationships with clients, and proactively lead projects to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while overseeing multiple office locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
The role:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of operations professionals, ensuring high performance and a collaborative environment
Manage audits, floor plans, and projects related to office spaces, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Support client-facing teams by managing weekly calls, tracking project progress, and responding to ad-hoc requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes
Act as the point of escalation for key issues, addressing and resolving challenges efficiently
Oversee office events, power-downs, and other significant projects, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and contribute to meeting client KPIs and service level expectations
The person:
A professional and approachable manner, be confident in dealing with senior executives and have excellent interpersonal skills.
A diploma in hospitality or business management essential.
Have multi-site experience in managing reception, concierge, and office coordination in high profile financial, professional and media companies
Must have exceptional account management experience dealing with C – Suit corporate clients
Must be flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays to support business needs
