THE POSITION 

• Oversee the delivery of food and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of prestigious independent schools and universities. 
• Lead and develop operational teams to ensure excellence, efficiency, and a strong customer focus. 
• Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. 
• Drive business performance through strategic planning, financial management, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. 
• Leading and driving new site mobilisations. 
• Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus. 

THE PERSON 

• Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls.
• Proven leadership experience within food services, hospitality, or facilities management at a senior/State level. 
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets, growth, and client outcomes. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships. 
• Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning. 
• Inspirational leader who empowers teams, drives performance, and fosters a values-led culture.
