Operations Manager for Healthcare in Victoria

THE POSITION

• Ensure high-quality delivery of catering, cleaning, and laundry services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service
• Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards
• Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth
• Regular travel will be required to connect with sites, teams, and clients directly

THE PERSON

• Proven financial and analytical skills in interpreting budgets and forecasting
• Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
• Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged and motivated teams
• Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to client
